About

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and reconnect with what matters to you. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you can show up as you are.

I provide evidence-based individual mental health treatment in-person in Troy, Michigan, and via Telehealth throughout Michigan. I am a clinical social worker with a Master of Social Work from University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University. I am also an ACT-trained clinician. Together, we can build skills for responding to difficult thoughts and feelings.

I work with people navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I tailor the approach to you, your goals, and your pace.

Outside of my therapy work, I’m also a Pilates instructor. I created Glow & Flow to bring movement and mental health together through community events, including Pilates classes and workshops focused on well-being.
